Here are some unhealthy habits you should avoid. These habits can lead to stress without you even realizing it. 

1. Skipping Meals

Often many teens skips meals because they forget, don't have time, or just aren't hungry. But this is actually bad for your stress levels. Without enough energy to last throughout the day, your body becomes tired and emotions are hard to regulate. 

2. Staying Up Late

We all stay up late for various reasons. Whether it's to study for a test, scrolling on your phone, or a sleepover with friends. But inadequate sleep leads to signs of stress and anxiety. Without enough sleep, you cannot focus and can lead to you feeling sad or depressed.

3. Constantly Watching TV

I know it's tempting to sit and binge watch your favorite show but often, you are putting off and avoiding activites you need to do. By wasting so much time on the TV, you have less time to do important tasks, which can lead to stress.

5. Eating Junk Food

Junk food disrupts your blood sugar, making it imbalanced. It also increased your stress hormones, leading to fatigue, mood swings, and anxiety. High consumption of junk food can lead to increased risk of depression.

4. Comparing Yourself To Others

Whether it's in school, sports or your grades, constantly comparing yourself to others can lower your self-esteem. It can also cause stress and anxiety because you pressure yourself to be better than others.

6. Ignoring Your Stress
