Who We Are

CalmlyYou is a student-created space built to make school and stress feel a little easier to manage. It comes from real experiences with feeling overwhelmed, trying to balance everything, and wishing there was one place that offered clear, honest support without judgment or pressure. School can be overwhelming — the late nights, the pressure to do well, the constant expectations, and the feeling that there’s always something more to do. It can get heavy, even when no one can see it. 

This page was built for anyone who’s ever felt anxious before a test, overwhelmed by a busy week, or unsure where to even start. Everything on this site is built with the real high school experience in mind: the stress, the expectations, the good days, and the days that feel impossible.

Why It Started

CalmlyYou was created during a time when stress felt overwhelming and constant. There were moments where everything piled up — school, expectations, deadlines, pressure — and it became clear that managing stress wasn’t something anyone had really taught us how to do. It was hard to find advice that was actually realistic, relatable, and made for people with busy schedules. Most resources were either too complicated or didn’t feel helpful at the moment.

CalmlyYou was created to fill that gap — a simple, calm space with practical guidance that actually makes life feel lighter and more manageable.
