Feynman Method

Learn more about the Feynman Method and how it works.

What it is:
Explaining the topic as if you're teaching someone who knows nothing. If you struggle explaining, that means you found a weak spot to review.

How to do it:

  1. Study your topic once.

  2. Close your notes. Explain it out loud like you’re teaching a friend.

  3. Notice what parts you stumble on — go back and relearn them.

  4. Try explaining again, but simpler.

Why it works:

Teaching forces your brain to understand instead of memorize.

Try This Quick Task:

Record a 1-minute voice memo explaining your topic.
